Our Mission & Commitment
Providing open access to consumer advocacy and objective financial education.
The Three Pillars of Our Work
We shape our educational curriculum, resources, and self-help calculators around three foundational goals.
1. Structured Education
We deliver factual, transparent, and completely free guides that clarify confusing debt regulations, legal timelines, and financial terms.
2. Consumer Advocacy
We empower individuals to stand up to harassment by outlining their legal consumer rights under state and federal collection protection acts.
3. Universal Access
We believe financial calculators and resource lists should be completely open—no user accounts, no subscriptions, and no paywalls.
Our Ethical Charter
Commercial incentives can easily distort educational information. To maintain absolute trust, we hold ourselves to a strict code of conduct:
- No Leads for Sale: We do not capture your email address, phone number, or details to package and sell as commercial leads.
- No Product Endorsements: We do not promote specific commercial credit cards, loans, settlement programs, or law firms.
- Fact-Based Writing: All of our consumer guides are drafted using original primary regulatory sources (such as the FTC, CFPB, and IRS).
Advocating for You
We believe that consumer education is the ultimate shield against high-interest traps and predatory financial schemes. Our initiative is built entirely to protect your balance.
